Venue
The International Measurement University (IMU) will be held in Povo, in the outskirts of Trento. Classes will be at the III IRST building, next to the Faculty of Science. Lodging is provided in San Bartolameo, located 10 min. by bus from Povo.
Note: Timetables and itineraries are listed at the bus stops. Bus tickets are provided by the IMU organizers. If needed, more tickets must be purchased at a tobacconist or a newspaper stand before boarding the bus.
Lodging in San Bartolameo
It is a newly built Campus; each single/double room has a private bathroom and balcony; all rooms are fully furnished and Internet connection is provided. A large fully equipped common kitchen is available on each floor. There are also gym and library facilities.
How to reach San Bartolameo
From Trento railway station: Take bus “A” (circolare) or nr. 8 (direction Mattarello) or nr. 3 (direction Villazzano), all in front of the Station; get out at “Questura” (there is a big COOP supermarket at the stop). You can also reach San Bartolameo by local train, from the main station: ask for the train Trento-Bassano, stop “San Bartolameo”. If you consider the train, we suggest to check the train time table since there are only few trains a day.

How to reach Povo from the railway station
By Bus Nr. 5: The quickest option, about 10 minutes. Station bus-stop, get off at Povo-Facoltà di Scienze (immediately after the blue "Povo" sign after passing a round-about).
By Local Train:
from the main station ask for the train Trento-Bassano, stop Povo-Mesiano, then a 5 min. walk up the hill. If you consider the train, we suggest to check the train time table since there are only few trains a day.
How to reach Povo from San Bartolameo
By Bus Nr. 13: Get off at the main Povo Square (last stop) and walk down the hill 200 mt.
By Local Train: at the San Bartolameo station (direction Bassano), stop Povo-Mesiano, then a 5 min. walk up the hill.

How to reach Trento:
Trento is a town in the North Italy Alpine Region, on the motorway/railway that connects Verona to Innsbruck and München. Verona-Villafranca is the nearest airport.
Other airports from which Trento can be reached by bus or train are Milan Malpensa airport, Milan Linate airport, Venice Tessera airport.
Buses connect the Airport of Verona to Trento. Frequent trains connect Milano, Venice and Bologna to Trento through Verona.
