General Program

Each year at the IMU attendees will be provided with a review of the fundamentals of measurement science. In addition, the IMU would like to encourage the student cadre to return annually by offering an annual rotation of advanced measurement topics to provide previous IMU attendees with a complete exposure to multi-disciplinary measurement applications and challenges in addition to the opportunity to make and strengthen networking ties to other participants, and guest lecturers with a variety of expertise. Thus IMU is designed to provide sufficient balance each year between the fundamental and advanced topics covered to ensure the maximum benefit for first time attendees, one time attendees, and prior attendees, who are all encouraged to apply.
